According to what I know, Joe Casella opened a deli in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1976, just a few blocks from Saguaro High School. The deli has been a staple in the community for decades, providing food for Saguaro families and even catering events like the school’s 50th anniversary. Casella himself is a regular at Saguaro football games, often giving out food and treats to those around him.
