CD’s Sports Bar and Grill is owned and run by Conner Kottke. Connor and his father Keith opened this restaurant in July, 2023. Connor graduated from Central Missouri State in 2022. With a bachelor’s degree in business. The Kottke family are from Arlington Heights, IL. Keith has owned and operated restaurants for 28 years focusing on Vienna beef, with a continuing strong partnership with them. Connor and Keith are huge Chicago Cubs fans.
