Scottsdale’s BLT Steak has the personal stamp of the acclaimed chef and restaurateur, who was named “2007 Restaurateur of the Year” by Bon Appétit magazine. The BLT Steak concept originated in Manhattan in 2004 and shortly thereafter was named one of Esquire’s “Best New Restaurants in America.”
