At Cien Agaves, our philosophy is simple: serve the freshest food and drinks, using the highest-quality ingredients made from scratch every day. Because when it comes to creating Scottsdale’s best margaritas and tacos, we don’t mess around. While our philosophy is simple, the experience at Cien Agaves is anything but ordinary. Our menu features authentic Mexican favorites, as well as our own specialty creations like the Island Shrimp Taco and Tinga Taco.
We have 100 hand-selected premium agave spirits and specialty margaritas that are prepared when ordered, never using bottled sweet and sour and always with fresh-squeezed limes. It’s all served up in a casual, relaxing environment adorned with colorful Mexican-style artwork, rustic Mexican star lighting, two separate dining rooms, two bars and two patios for outside dining.
