According to what I know, Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop is a quick-service restaurant specializing in innovative sandwiches, salads, and catering. The shop is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is the first location outside of Northern California. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The shop offers a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, including the Mr. Pickle, the Santa Maria Tri-Tip, and Big Jake.
