Listen up pasta lovers! Your one of a kind pasta experience has finally arrived! Pasta Brioni is now the only restaurant in Arizona that serves exclusively fresh homemade pasta.

Our chef starts early in the morning with just two ingredients, water and semolina; and from scratch, can mix up to 40 pounds of pasta an hour. Every day we provide our customers with fresh cut lasagna, rigatoni, pappardelle, linguine, spaghetti, tagliatelle, and penne pasta that has never been dried and has never been frozen. Our homemade pasta creates a taste so special, you’ll find yourself thinking about its flavor long after the taste has left your palate.
