I’ve always had a love for baking. Throughout the years, I have created, explored and tested different recipes for the ultimate dessert. Back in 2002 while living in New Jersey, I created a sugar cookie that just melted in my mouth. The flavor was rich, the texture soft with an intoxicating aromatic smell. I decided to take my creations out for a test drive; my friends, family and co-workers all fell in love. Literally – in LOVE!!!! I started getting requests to make these little gems for holiday parties, gifts, dinner parties and bridal shower favors. I could not believe it!
But then, my husband and I relocated to Scottsdale, AZ and my focus shifted. I would now only bake my cookies for the holidays. My new focus turned to interior decorating and apparel.
Fast forward to 2011, and my passion has returned! I have been asked repeatedly, “when are you going to let the public share in the delicious joy of your cookies?” My answer is NOW!!! SugarJam Bake Shop is finally here, and I can’t wait for you to discover the cravings you never knew you had.
