Ducas’ bold and contemporary take on original American flavors features robust entrees of natural boneless beef short ribs, grilled beef tenderloin, grilled filet of salmon or natural breast of duck, plus a chef’s special-themed tasting menu, offered every night on weekends and “cool dining” in the underground wine cellar during the summer months (only available by calling 72 hours in advance). Bar and dining room of this authentically restored adobe ranch house feature the artwork of Lon Megargee and the essence of the American cowboy era.
