POSH is improvisational cuisine thoughtfully composed of modern and seasonal ingredients. It’s the only fine dining establishment where you get to choose your own adventure. It’s an experience as interactive, private, adventuresome and individual as you wish – the choice is yours.
POSH offers a multi-course seasonal tasting menu ranging from 5 courses up to a Chef Omakase menu. You choose your own adventure. When you sit down, you will receive a list of the evening’s main ingredients, which you have the option of crossing off items you dislike. You may also indicate any allergies, general dislikes, or dietary restrictions you may have. Based on the items you have left open and any information you provide, we create an unforgettable tasting menu for you. You may also choose to have our sommelier pair your courses with wine for an additional charge.
