Kasai, formerly known as Sapporo, announces rebranding and grand opening in Scottsdale.
Rd. Scottsdale, AZ, at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 16. The new restaurant will be a
complete rebranding and overhaul of the restaurant formerly known as Sapporo. In
addition to the grand opening, the restaurant will be hosting a private charity night to
benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Scottsdale on Thursday, November 15.
Kasai is a collaboration between Sapporo’s original owners Mike Russello and Patrick
King. After selling Sapporo in 2009, Russello and King went on to open a number of
restaurants throughout the Valley including; Humble Pie, The Living Room, and The
Creek Patio Grill. Since then, the co-owners have returned to Sapporo to rebrand the
venue and re-open it under a new name.

Thursday, and from 3 p.m. till 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
