Solis Cleaning Co. is a professional full-service residential and commercial cleaning company that has served the Phoenix Metropolitan Area for over 15 years. We’ve cleaned over 300 homes; one-at-a-time and many of our clients have been with our company since the year we opened.

Bathrooms

Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed

Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed

Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind

Vanity top cleaned (more time may be required to remove and replace items on top)

Towels changed (if left out)

Mirrors cleaned

Windowsills wiped down

Trash emptied

Vacuum and/or wash floor

 

Kitchen

Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)

Cabinet fronts washed or dusted

Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

Floor vacuumed or mopped

Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (interior cleaned upon request – ask for details)

Our classic cleanings is very thorough, but sometimes customers like a deeper cleaning.   That’s why I have created the Enhanced Package

Wood furniture polished

Wood cabinet’s exterior polished

Wipe down ceiling fans – up to 5 fans no more than 8 feet high (higher fans cleaned upon request – ask for details)

A/C and cold air return vents cleaned on outside

Clean washer and dryer

Cleaning Services are: Weekly, Bi-weekly, tri-weekly, monthly, move-ins and move-outs, spring-cleaning, service prior to a big event / special occasions, Real Estate services, trash removal, construction clean, and foreclosure cleanouts

Pricing

Most cleaning services do not have a standard price list for different services because their rates are personalized for each home, ensuring that each homeowner only pays for the services they use. In general, prices for single cleanings of an entire home range from $75 to $400, depending on many of the following factors:

• Size: The square footage of the home is the first factor considered when setting a standard price.
• Layout: The type of home, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, stories, etc., will impact the cleaning price.
• Residents: More people living in the home generate more cleaning chores, so prices increase based on the number of residents.
• Pets: Homes with multiple pets are more expensive to clean.
• Children: Homes with younger children are more difficult to clean.
• Type of Cleaning: The homeowner will be able to determine how detailed the cleaning is, including if additional services are required.
• Package Rates: Many cleaning services offer discounted rates for weekly or biweekly cleanings, while one-time cleanings are more expensive.
• Day Cleaned: If the homeowner prefers the home to be cleaned on the weekend, rates will be higher.
• Location: Cleaning rates vary in different parts of the country and may also depend on travel distance from the service’s main office.

 

Policies

Keys and Alarm Systems

Most Solis Cleaning Co. customers leave a key to their home at our office, and we take extreme measures to protect each key. We assign every customer key a security code and store it in a key safe. No identifying information is ever put on any key. Also for your safety, we do not return keys by mail. Customers must come in person to the Solis Cleaning Co. office and present a picture ID before a key will be released.

If you have an alarm system at your home and it is simple to operate, you can give instructions on its operation to your Solis Cleaning Co. office. However, if your alarm system is complicated, we prefer that your alarm be left off on the day of the cleaning.

Employees

Our employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do not use tall ladders or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.

Bleach

We will not bring bleach into a home to use as a cleaning product. If you request us to use bleach supplied in your home, please be aware that we will not be responsible for any damage caused by your bleach.

Cancellation

If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify Solis Cleaning Co. one business day before the scheduled day. That will allow us to reassign the service provider or team to another appointment. If Solis Cleaning Co. receives same day cancellation notice, or can’t access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning.

To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please correspond all requests and changes directly to Maria Solis 602-617-4213. Please do not communicate these important details with service providers. If for some reason you wish to terminate your Solis Cleaning Co. services, please be sure to submit this in writing to your local Solis Cleaning Co. office.

Arrival Notice

If you wish to wait for your provider to give them access into your home, please realize that we can give arrival windows of about 1 hour.  Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts or customers adding services. We want to save you time, not make you waste it waiting for us to arrive. Leaving a key at the Solis Cleaning Co. office is the most efficient way for you to provide your service provider access to your home.

Payments

For your convenience, Solis Cleaning Co. gladly accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard/Visa, cash or check. Customers will need to pay for their cleaning at the time of service. Customers may leave a credit card number in a secured file with Solis Cleaning Co. to use in the event you forget to leave your payment on the scheduled cleaning day.

A $10.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made on the scheduled service day, and a $25.00 fee is applied to all returned checks. If you use a credit card, your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, after each cleaning.
