With over 40 years of restaurant experience and numerous successful prior concepts, we know that it takes fresh, innovative food served consistently with unsurpassed quality by dedicated team members in a clean and warm environment.

And it’s the details that matter, such as taking the extra effort to serve only fresh-squeezed orange juice from our ingeniously designed orange juice machine. For example, our machine avoids squeezing the orange peel and thus assures only the flavorful juice and not the bitter peel oil reaches our guests. The result is a premium high quality juice that is subtly sweet with the unmistakable fragrance of fresh squeezed orange. You won’t believe that orange juice could taste this good!

Additionally, we approach the dining experience as an idea, a way of living and a way of eating. For example, we believe in being responsible shepherds of the environment by limiting our carbon footprint and using efficient technologies and building materials; we believe in consciously striving to source organically grown ingredients from local farmers and producers as much as possible; and we believe in giving back to the community by sourcing certain of our meats and breads from local small butchers and artisanal bakers. These efforts result in a better experience for our guests and, thus makes smart business sense.
