  1. After hearing a foodie friend rave about his experiences at your restraunt, we were excited about sharing a holiday meal with out of town friends. Reservations were made for 6:30 on a thursday evening. Arriving at 6:15, we were not seated until 6:50. Our server welcomed us to dinner and drinks and appetizers were promptly delivered, and that’s where the service ended. Entrees were ordered and we waited, and waited and waited an HOUR until the manager approached our table to inform us that one of our entrees was no longer available, pushing back our dinners another 20 minutes! When our food was finally delivered, the ribs were overcooked and tough, the meats were semi warm (probably after sitting under a heat lamp for 30 minutes) and the hamburger that was reordered was under cooked. After a conversation with the manager, she did the right thing and comped our whole meal. Needless to say, we will think twice about suggesting this establishment in the future.
