“My family came to USA from Abruzzi, near central Italy. By age four I was helping them in the kitchen, learning their unique recipes & cooking techniques. I also learned the importance of fresh ingredients. At age fourteen I had my first job in a professional restaurant. There I learned even more about modern cooking techniques and plating presentations.
Today I incorporate every aspect of all my life experiences to bring you authentic homemade food – just like the food I grew up with. Our food is prepared without chemicals, MSG, or preservatives. We use many organic & natural ingredients, and we are reasonably priced. Buon appetito!”
Marco’s Italian Bistro is a chef-owned & operated restaurant. We cook all the food from scratch using only the finest ingredients. Fettucini is made In-house, all other pastas are imported from Italy. We also have Gluten-Free Quinoa Pasta. Many great specialty dishes such as Frutti diMare – over 1 pound of shrimp & shelfish in every bowl; Wild-caught King Salmon baked on a cedar plank; top of the line Veal that comes from Pennsylvania never frozen and so tender it cuts with a fork.
